By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Service Scope

Sun Valley Realty provides real estate consultancy for:

• Sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Property investment consulting
• Verified property listings
• Site visits and negotiations
• Loan and documentation assistance

We guide our clients throughout the entire transaction process from property search or listing to final registration.

Consultancy Charges

We believe in fairness and professionalism. Our consultancy fee structure is transparent and applies equally to all parties involved in the transaction.

We charge 1% consultancy charges from both parties

• 1% from the Seller (on final sale value)
• 1% from the Buyer (on final purchase value)

This fee is payable at the time of deal confirmation or at the latest, before final registration or possession of the property, whichever is earlier.

Please note: The consultancy charges are non-refundable once the deal has been confirmed or a token amount has been accepted by either party with our facilitation.

Property Verification & Listings

All properties listed or shown by Sun Valley Realty are based on information provided by sellers or their representatives. While we do our best to verify details, buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before finalizing any property.

Sun Valley Realty is not liable for any future disputes regarding title, encumbrances, or physical possession once the sale is concluded.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and property documents shared with us. Any personal or transactional information provided to us is used solely for property consultation and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

Validity of Offers

Property availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without prior notice. Any offer shared by Sun Valley Realty is valid only until the property remains unsold or unbooked by another client.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
